CANCELLATION Policy
​Effective November 2024
The Style Approach understands that plans can change. To accommodate all clients effectively, the following cancellation policy has been established:
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify by email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows The Style Approach to offer the appointment slot to other clients.
• Refunds: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund if your card has already been charged. . Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a full refund and will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Danielle@styleforpurpose.com
• You may also cancel or reschedule your appointment using your member login and utilizing the "My Bookings" page.
By scheduling an appointment with The Style Approach, you agree to this cancellation policy.
