Let's Get Styling, Kansas City!
Hi there, my name is Danielle! I am a New York-born stylist and image consultant who recently relocated to Kansas City, my husband's hometown, to raise my family of six.
Driven by a passion for style and a deep sense of community, my vision is to create a welcoming space where women can feel included and explore the joy of self-expression through dressing.
With over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, my career has spanned diverse sectors, from retail, product development, and production to wholesale. My journey eventually led me to the vibrant world of New York Fashion Week production, where I found an exciting platform to explore creativity. Alongside hands-on industry experience, I have a BS in Fashion Merchandising & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and certifications in
styling, image consulting, and fashion event production.
My belief in inclusivity and giving back inspired me to create Style for Purpose, a charitable initiative that brings fashion experiences to women in shelters, helping them feel noticed, confident, and empowered.
Now in Kansas City, I am thrilled to bring my unique perspective with The Style Approach, a personalized styling service designed to make getting dressed joyful again. Whether you need help building your wardrobe, curating outfits for your lifestyle, or simply want to fall in love with your closet again, I’m here to help you rediscover the joy of dressing and the confidence that comes with it.
With love, Danielle
My Approach
Above fashion, my first love is community and connection and I use fashion as a tool to build both. It's the stories we tell through fashion that connect us all.

My story begins as a shy middle child searching for my place in the world. I found ways to communicate through creativity, and clothing quickly became my main outlet. Through fashion, I discovered the power of self-expression and the messages it can send about who we are. It gave me a voice.

Throughout my life, the expression of fashion has become a constant source of empowerment. During harsh relationships where I lost my identity, my closet became my sanctuary. The way I felt in my clothing reminded me and helped center me and bring me back to who I am. As a mom of four, I've faced uncertainty, negative feelings about my body and questions of self-worth. Yet my wardrobe has always grounded me, connecting me to who I was before motherhood and who I can be now.

Fashion has the power to ignite our inner child, sparking joy and playfulness, oblivious to what the world and society imposes on us. The choice to dress how I want is my way of reclaiming who I am.
It is my declaration of self.

I want to spread this mindset and empower women to embrace it. A stylist's work should go beyond creating outfits- it's more about building a connection, acting as a sister or friend, sharing the deeply personal feelings, and searching for relatability. Styling should reach everyone, not just the wealthy, celebrity or elite, and my expertise in runway-inspired styling brings accessibility to all.
